There will be a pep rally for the Bulldog basketball team on Friday, February 26 at 12:00 in the dome. The Bulldogs will take on Paducah Friday night at 6:30 at Lubbock Christian High School in the Regional Quarterfinals. Let's go Bulldogs!!!
Tonight's game between The Bulldogs and Whitharral will be live streamed on the NFHS network and will not be live streamed on Facebook due to UIL Rules. NFHS Network has the rights to all UIL playoff games and they are broadcasting the game tonight. We will be broadcasting it on the Spur Bulldogs app or on our webpage. When you open the app just scroll down to Sports radio and you should be good. If you listen via the spurbulldogs.com you will need to scroll to the bottom of the page and click where it says Mixlr Spur ISD Podcast. Good Luck Bulldogs!! Go get another gold ball!!!!
Tuesday 23rd @ 7:30 the Spur Bulldogs will play Whitharral @ Lubbock Christian High School.
Ticket vouchers will not be required for the boy's basketball playoff game tomorrow (02/23) against Whitharral.
Spur ISD will resume classes tomorrow, Monday, February 22, at regular time. Buses will run at normal time. Shower facilities will be available for any student needing to use them.
Spur ISD school is cancelled today due to no water and not knowing when it will come back on. Boys playoff game in Slaton will take place at 6:30.
No tickets are required for the boys’ basketball game tomorrow (02/19).
The Spurettes playoff game versus Borden County is taking place Thursday in Ira at 5:30. We will travel the roads early to make sure they are safe for our students.

Due to weather and road conditions the Spurette's playoff game tonight against Borden County in Ira is being rescheduled. We will keep yall updated as soon as we figure out when it will be rescheduled to. If you have a ticket for the game, hold on to it! It can still be used on the new date.
We have been out driving this afternoon and have seen areas of packed snow and some slick spots. Due to dangerously cold temperatures forecast overnight and the concern for student and staff safety, we will have a late start at 10:00am tomorrow, Tuesday 1-16-21. Thank you.
Varsity Boys basketball update: with tonight’s loss to Jayton and a Guthrie win vs Patton Springs we are tied for the 3rd playoff position. The Tiebreaker game will be played tomorrow 2-13-21 in Hamlin At 3:00. Come support your Bulldogs as the battle it out with Guthrie. We have 250 seats available for both teams so you will just pay at the gate. First come first served.
Basketball Update:
The JV and Varsity boys are still playing today at 3:30 and 4:30 in Jayton.
Based on what happens tonight between Guthrie vs Patton and Spur avs Jayton there could be a tie for a playoff spot between Spur and Guthrie. If we end up in a tie with Guthrie, the Tie-Breaker Game will be played tomorrow Saturday 2-13-21 in Hamlin @3:00pm. Sorry for the short notice but the game must be played as soon as possible due to certification of the playoff teams. If weather is an issue the game will take place on the next available date. The Girls Basketball practice game scheduled for Friday with Robert Lee in Sweetwater has been cancelled.
The Boys basketball games scheduled for tomorrow in Jayton are still on with adjusted times due to Jayton Girls playing a playoff game. Jv Boys game will begin at 3:30 followed by the Varsity at 4:30. There are still some tickets left.
