Queen of the Courts Tournament Schedule held here at Spur ISD, Thursday 11/15/18 - Saturday 11/17/18
At this time all roadways are wet but are in good shape and Spur ISD is on normal schedule. It is starting snow a little but if anything changes we will send out further information. Conditions could always change so please be safe!!
Attention Parents and Students: We will be having a Secondary Campus Family Literacy night. We will have some different activities in different rooms, a light snack, and a chance for your student to win a door prize just by signing in when they come in the door. We will be having this on Thursday, November 15, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. so come join us with your student for some fun activities and a light snack.
Attention Parents and Students: Elementary Family Literacy Night Come join us for some games, reading, and food for the evening. Also sign your student in as you come in for a chance to win a door prize for attending. It will be on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. in the Elementary Cafeteria. We hope you can join us for a fun family evening.

Spur Jr. High One Act Play will have a community
performance of “Citizen’s Arrest” at 6:00 p.m. in the Spur
Schools Auditorium on Monday, November 5. The Jr. High
Cheerleaders will host a pancake supper prior to the play then
again following the performance.
South Plains College Touring Ensemble will present today for our 6-12 grade students at 1:00 in the auditorium. Parents are invited to attend.
ACT : Regular registration for the December 8 ACT administration ends at midnight on November 2. Register online @ act.org. Please check your calendar before registering. There is a basketball tournament at Borden County.
The JH Cheerleaders will be selling glow sticks for the blackout pep rally on Thursday, October 25. Cost is $1.
Change in Schedule: Rotan does not have a JV. The JV Bulldogs will play Loop Varsity in Spur November 8th. JH will still play Rotan.
The XC teams will be getting escorted out of town today at 1:00. If you would like to cheer them on as they leave town the bus will travel from the school up Hill street and will turn down Burlington. Good Luck Spurettes and Bulldogs!!
