100 tickets are now available for the JH basketball games vs Patton tonight (02/8).
Basketball Game Update for 2-5-21 (Friday)
JV Girls will be playing Aspermont in the OLD GYM starting at 4:00 followed by the JV Boys playing Valley. You will not need tickets to get into this game. We do ask that you enter on the Secondary side of the building for these games. Only people with a ticket to the Varsity games will be allowed to pass through the building to go to the Dome for those games.
Unfortunately if you have received tickets for the varsity game prior to reading this, we are sold out for tomorrow night. If for some reason you received tickets but will not be able to be here please return them to the administration office so they can be given to someone who will be able to attend.
Varsity Girls will play Guthrie starting at 6:30. The Dome doors will not open until 5:45. The Varsity Boys will follow at 8:00. Seniors will be honored between the Varsity Girls and Boys game.
26 wristbands are now available for the JH games @ Paducah tonight (02/4).
Tickets are sold out for the games tomorrow against Guthrie.
20 tickets are now available for tomorrow's games against Guthrie. Due to such a low number of tickets available the Central Office will not hold tickets. They must be picked up by the person requesting the tickets and the maximum number a person can get at a time is 4.
FCCLA members Bucki Smith and Laney Weiser present a check to Kathy Spencer with money raised from their project to help support the Spur Senior Citizens' Center.
76 wristbands are now available for tonight's games against Paducah.
After wristbands were given out to athletes for family members for the varsity games in Matador tomorrow (01/29), there were no extras left. Sorry for any inconvenience.

JV Girls vs Aspermont in the Old Gym starting at 4:00. No ticket or wristband needed for the JV Girls game but must have a wristband to enter the domes for JV Boys and Varsity games. Please enter on Secondary Side to enter the old gym. The Dome will not open till 4:30.
JV Boys (5:00) and Varsity Girls (6:30) and Boys (8:00) vs Jayton in the Dome.

Spur will only receive 64 tickets. Coaches will get student athlete counts and if any are left over they will be offered at that time.
Spur ISD allows for opposing teams to receive 102 tickets total. We only have 102 seats that can be used. If the opposing team gives all 102 tickets out there is zero extra seating on the visitor side. Tonight will be a packed house. Please sit in your designated areas based on where you received your wristbands.

Spur ISD will have a 10 o’clock start this morning due to water issues in Spur. They are starting to pressure the system back up but just to be safe we will start late. Buses 2 hrs late.
There will be a send off between the Elementary and Secondary buildings on Wednesday, January 13, at 1:15 for the cheerleaders as they head to the UIL State Spirit Competition in Fort Worth.

5:00 the JV Boys will play Knox City here in the OLD GYM. You will not need a ticket to enter for the JV Boys game. You will need to enter at the Secondary Old Gym entrance.
If you are going to enter for the Varsity Games that will be going on in the DOG DOME You will need tickets for the VARSITY GAMES. The Dome entrance will open at 6:00pm . Tickets are available. WE are splitting the games due to not mixing crowds and having to have everyone leave so the gym can be sanitized.
Friday at Paducah- It is Varsity Girls and Boys only. Athletes will receive information to give to parents to order tickets ahead of time. Friday tickets will be open for the public. Your must purchase tickets for Friday at the following link. The information sheet will have the password to purchase the tickets. https://paducahdragons.ticketleap.com/
Spur ISD does not have any control over the amount of tickets purchased. Their are 80 tickets available. Again, if any tickets are left sales will open for the public on Friday.
Basketball games @ Paducah, Friday, Jan. 15th- Paducah uses an online platform for purchasing tickets. To give player's family first opportunity at tickets this link will require a password, which should be provided by the coach. On Friday, the day of the games, the password will be removed so tickets will then be available to the public. The link is https://paducahdragons.ticketleap.com.
